Terms of Service
These terms apply when you play Damas Master at damasmaster.pages.dev. Damas Master is run by YOUR FULL LEGAL NAME, CITY, Morocco ("we"). Contact: neydperic@gmail.com. By playing you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. You need to be at least 13 to create an online account.
Playing the game
Damas Master is a game of skill. You can play for free. Don't cheat, use bots or engines in online games, exploit bugs, or play on several accounts to boost your rating or coins. We may reset rewards gained this way and suspend accounts that do it.
Community rules
These apply to global chat, friend chat, player names, bios and profile pictures:
- Be respectful. No harassment, bullying, threats or hate speech, including about anyone's religion, origin, gender or appearance.
- No sexual, violent or shocking content.
- No spam, scams, advertising or links. Never ask other players for passwords, money or personal information, and don't share your own.
- Don't pretend to be staff, another player or a real person or brand.
- Only upload pictures you have the right to use. No pictures of other people without their permission, no personal information (like phone numbers or addresses), and no text or logos that break these rules.
Moderation and reports
- Chat is filtered automatically: links are blocked, listed bad words are hidden, and spam and shouting are limited.
- You can report a player from their profile, or a message from the chat, and pick a reason. Reports are private: the player doesn't learn who reported them.
- A message reported by 3 players is hidden. A player reported by 3 different players for their behaviour in a week, or with 3 hidden messages in a week, is muted in chat for 24 hours.
- Profile pictures are checked by staff before anyone else can see them, and staff can remove a picture at any time.
- For serious or repeated breaks of these rules we may hide content, mute, reset rewards, or suspend or delete an account.
- If you think we made a mistake, email us and a person will look at it.
Rooms, invites and tournaments
- You can create public rooms (shown in the room list) or private rooms (only reachable with your link or an invite, optionally with a password). Only share a room's password with people you want to play.
- Coin tables and tournament entry fees use coins earned by playing only. Coins can't be bought, so no real money is ever at stake, and there are no real-money prizes.
Content you share
You keep the rights to the pictures and messages you share. You give us permission to store, resize and show them in the game to run it (for example, showing your approved picture next to your name). This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other players already received in chat.
Coins, gems and items
- Coins are earned by playing. They can't be bought with money. Coins you earn can be used as entry for coin tables and tournaments.
- Gems are earned by playing and can also be bought in gem packs. Gems can only be spent on looks (boards, piece sets, frames, effects, victory animations and collections) and puzzle hints.
- Gems can never be staked in games, traded, sent to other players, or turned into coins.
- Coins, gems and items have no money value. They can't be cashed out, sold or exchanged for money or anything outside the game. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them in the game, not ownership.
- Items are cosmetic only. Nothing you buy changes how a game plays or gives you an advantage.
Buying gems
Gem packs cost between $1 and $5 and are sold on the website. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
- You need an online account so the gems are saved to it. Gems are added once the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute.
- If you're under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission before buying.
- You can buy at most 5 packs per day.
Refunds
If something went wrong, for example you were charged but didn't get your gems, or you bought by mistake and haven't spent the gems, ask for a refund within 14 days of the purchase. Email us or reply to your Paddle receipt and include the order number.
When a purchase is refunded or charged back, the gems from it are removed from your account. If you have already spent them, your gem balance won't go below zero. This doesn't affect any rights you have under the law where you live.
Your account
Keep your password safe; you're responsible for what happens on your account. You can delete your account at any time from your profile (see the Privacy Policy). Deleting it removes your coins, gems, items and pictures and can't be undone. Unused gems aren't refunded when you delete your account, and accounts suspended for breaking these rules don't get refunds for gems they still had.
Changes and availability
We keep improving the game, so features, prices and items may change. We'll announce important changes to these terms in the game. If we ever shut the game down, we'll announce it in the game at least 30 days before and stop selling gems right away.
Liability
The game is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, lost progress caused by events outside our control, outages, or what other players say or do. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without taking away any consumer protection you have in the country where you live.
